​The Truth Gazette was founded by Brilyn Hollyhand (11 years old at the time, now 17) , political commentator and strategist, in July of 2017 with the goal of bringing the truth of our nation’s politics in a Fake News Mainstream Media world. Since then, The Truth Gazette has grown from a small email newsletter to a news service with thousands of signed up subscribers.

​Brilyn has interviewed everyone from Governors, Senators, Generals, and Sports Legends to Big Name Political Figures like Donald Trump Jr, Mike Pence, Kayleigh McEnany, Sean Hannity, Ben Shapiro, Ted Cruz, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Robert Kennedy Jr., Vivek Ramaswamy, Herschel Walker, Kellyanne Conway, Ben Carson, Kari Lake, Bruce Pearl, Katie Britt, Jesse Watters, Dave Rubin, Sean Spicer, Alex Marlow, Hogan Gidley, Mike Lindell, Jeanine Pirro, Stephanie Grisham, Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, Diamond and Silk, Kevin McCarthy, Steve Scalise, and many more. Brilyn also writes articles, covers events, hosts "The Brilyn Hollyhand Show" podcast, and gives insight and information on current events, topics, and elections. He has also met with President Donald J. Trump several times who has congratulated him on his work. President Trump has also shared Brilyn's articles on his Truth Social account.

In 2023, Brilyn was appointed to co-chair the RNC's inaugural Youth Advisory Council to give Generation Z a seat at the table going into the 2024 election.
